What is IT3?
IT3 is the "Technology Department" of JCPS. The historic department has been revisited and reorganized into three branches. The three branches of IT3 provide outstanding customer service for ALL students, staff, and stakeholders across the JCPS community. Through a role-specific organizational structure, the IT3 team maintains and balances the traditional work of an Information Technology department and the Digital Instruction and Innovation associated with educational success in 21st Century classrooms.

How can IT3 help ME?
The support offered by JCPS IT3 can be seen throughout our schools and community on a daily basis. From a robust wireless network connecting over 200,000 devices daily, to establishing a foundation to get instructional devices into the hands of every JCPS teacher and student, to the interactive strategies that accelerate learning in our classrooms, the IT3 team supports JCPS in many ways.
We are excited to be leading JCPS in the largest Digital Transformation in its history through our JCPS Everyone:1 plan. As part of that plan, all JCPS students have access to high-quality instructional devices, cellular internet access, and a library of digital resources and content that make learning possible at any time and anywhere!
